Deluxe place, loved it. We had a double room with 3 double bunk beds, toothbrush and shampoo. The hotel was located so close to Ocean park, Pedro Gil metro station.

Everywhere was neat, staff were exceptionally pleasant, spacious bed. Spacious room. Very central location with magnificent views. The specialties were special and served in the excellent restaurant. Special service provided too.

I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. Everyone was approaching. The hotel itself was in a residential area. I loved that it was near Silya Restobar, cause I prefer eating out.

Room was non smoking, cozy, and staff was WARM. Loved a flat-screen TV with cable channels and slippers in the room. Exceptionally nice location to a 5.5 - hectare zoo. Picture perfect hotel with outstanding customer service.
